I love to coach people! My unique business planning and life planning methodologies allow me to help you to create a plan to live the life of your dreams – whether it’s starting a new career, changing careers or doing something totally new. I work with my clients in a very focused manner where we look at the “whole” of you and your work/life balance. Together we determine if you are in balance or out of balance. If you are out of balance, my methodology assists you to determine how to bring yourself back in to balance. But my methodology doesn’t stop there! It then focuses on who you are, what is important to you, what gives you joy in life and what are your dreams. From there, we build the plan to achieve the life of your dreams! There are times in life, though, when we all face decision points. Should I do this and go this way – or do that and go that way? My life planning methodology creates an analysis tool based on what is important to you. This tool helps you to determine which way is the best way for you to go! During our one-on-ones sessions I will provide you with outside the box strategies to achieve the goals that you’ve set for yourself. The work we will do will be different from anything else you’ve ever tried before. We’ll look at who you are and what you are striving for as we create a plan to get you there. Furthermore, we will examine what you are doing in your business today and what might be holding you back from getting to where you want to go tomorrow. We will talk about the issues that you are facing—the obstacles in your path—how to get around them—or sometimes how to move through them. When you take advantage of our one-on-one time, I will coach you on how to achieve more than you think possible!

One-on-One Business and Life Planning Sessions are offered to individuals who would like me to work with them to create a powerful life and business plan that focuses on the achievement of their dreams. My job is to help you to get from “here” to “there” wherever “there” is for you as you move further forward in your career and in your life.
One-on-One Business and Life Coaching Sessions are offered to people who have created their life and business plans but would like assistance in strategizing, adjusting and measuring them. Life happens! Is your career and your life where you want it to be? Are you going it alone? Two heads are better than one! I can help you to achieve more than you ever believed possible!


LIFE PLANNING GROUP WEBINARS – $497

Group Webinars are offered in 2 two-hour segments where I take you through each component of my life planning methodology and teach you how to build your own life plan. Included in this offer is my hot new book, Design Your Own Destiny – Life Planning for the 21st Century. I have also included your choice of a workbook or a software tool in Excel for you to create your plan. The fee for the Group Webinar is $497 per person.


ONE-ON-ONE PLANNING SESSIONS – $997

Individual One-on-One Business and Life Planning sessions are done over a 4-6 hour timeframe depending on your needs. During this session, we will use my Design Your Own Destiny life planning methodology and The Buck Starts Here business planning methodology to create the plan of your dreams. Included in the $997 fee is one follow up coaching session which should be scheduled three weeks after the completion of your plan.


ONGOING COACHING SESSIONS – $427

Ongoing Business and Life Coaching sessions consist of 6 half-hour sessions conducted every two to four weeks [depending on your need] where in a one-on-one conversation we assess where you are against your plan [are you “on target” or “off target”] and how to get you to where you want to go in the timeframe that you want to get there. Together we adjust and measure your business and/or life plan brainstorming how to most effectively get you from where you are NOW to where you ultimately want to go. Additional coaching sessions can be purchased and scheduled upon if needed.

My business planning methodology focuses on you, your company and the achievement of your key business, revenue and profit objectives. I do this in a unique manner — I use training as a vehicle for change and ongoing improvement. I have a variety of offerings for my clients depending on the type of business they are and their needs. ONE-ON-ONE BUSINESS PLANNING SESSIONS

– Individually priced to meet your exact needs

One-on-One Business Planning Sessions are offered to single companies who would like to achieve very specific business objectives – like increased revenue, increased pipeline and better closure rates. Four or five business planning segments will be required either done face-to-face or virtually to complete your entire business plan. Due to the flexibility of the methodology, these segments [or modules] can be done over the course of several weeks or in a consecutive 2-3 day time frame – depending on your needs.

    The Process for Successful Business Plans:

  • I begin by working with you, your Management team and the key people in your organization to determine the key focus areas of your business.
  • In a common sense, logical approach to Sales and Marketing, your Management team and your Sales and Marketing people will create a Sales and Marketing Operations and Implementation Plan that tie your business strategy to the tactical plan required to achieve the desired business results.
  • My methodology provides the tools, techniques, training, consulting and coaching services required to achieve your business objectives.
  • The end result is a workable, live business plan, completed to the 90% level, ready to implement, execute and measure.
  • As needed, I coach your teams for a specified period of time to teach them how best to adjust and measure their plans.
