I do this in a unique manner — I use training as a vehicle for change and ongoing improvement. I have a variety of offerings for my clients depending on the type of business they are and their needs. All of my offerings focus on the creation of a tactical Sales and Marketing Operations and Implementation Plan that will dovetail to your Business Strategy and Vision. My offerings are delivered through facilitated face-to-face or virtual workshops depending on the needs of the client.

Group Webinars are offered to groups of companies who want to create their business plans in a hands-on environment in the most cost effective means possible.
One-on-One Business Planning Sessions are offered to single companies who would like me to either come to their location or work virtually with their people to create a powerful, revenue-driven business plan.
Corporate Workshops are offered to larger companies and organizations in all industries that may have multiple divisions, product/service offerings, channels of distribution, geographies and thus have a need for multiple revenue-focused business plans.

BUSINESS PLANNING GROUP WEBINARS – $497 – limited to 12 people

Group Webinars are offered in a series of 3 two-hour segments plus 3 group coaching sessions where I take you through each component of my award winning business planning methodology and I teach you how to build your own powerful business plan. Included in this offer is my Clarion Award winning book, The Buck Starts Here – Profit Based Sales and Marketing Made Easy as well as The Buck Starts Here software tool in Excel for you to create your plan. Our methodology works so well that one client who used this tool won a prize for the best business plan submitted! All of this for only $497!

ONE-ON-ONE BUSINESS PLANNING SESSIONS

– Individually priced to meet your exact needs

One-on-One Business Planning Sessions are offered to single companies who would like to achieve very specific business objectives – like increased revenue, increased pipeline and better closure rates. Four or five business planning segments will be required either done face-to-face or virtually to complete your entire business plan. Due to the flexibility of the methodology, these segments [or modules] can be done over the course of several weeks or in a consecutive 2-3 day time frame – depending on your needs.

    The Process for Successful Business Plans:

  • I begin by working with you, your Management team and the key people in your organization to determine the key focus areas of your business.
  • In a common sense, logical approach to Sales and Marketing, your Management team and your Sales and Marketing people will create a Sales and Marketing Operations and Implementation Plan that tie your business strategy to the tactical plan required to achieve the desired business results.
  • My methodology provides the tools, techniques, training, consulting and coaching services required to achieve your business objectives.
  • The end result is a workable, live business plan, completed to the 90% level, ready to implement, execute and measure.
  • As needed, I coach your teams for a specified period of time to teach them how best to adjust and measure their plans.

Corporate Workshops are offered to larger companies and organizations in all industries with multiple divisions, product/service offerings, channels of distribution and geographies.
